摘要
教育的人性化一直是人们追求的理想;关注学生的人生幸福、回归生活世界是教育人性化的具体体现;教育满足学生需要的程度是学生幸福的起点;生命权、自由权、幸福权的统一是实现人生幸福的必备条件。教师应具备回归生活世界的意识,切入学生的生活经验,关注学生内心世界的价值冲突,使学生在生活世界中真正体验到人生幸福。
Humanization of education is the ideal pursued by human beings. Attending to students' happiness and going back to daily life is the concrete embodiment of educational humanization. The degree of satisfaction of education for students' requirement is the starting point of students' happiness, and the integration of life right, freedom right and happiness right is the essential condition. Therefore the teacher should be conscious of going back to daily life, entering students' life experiences and focusing on their value conflicts of the inner world in order that students' genuinely experience the happiness of life.
