摘要
随着我国群众体育的广泛开展,逐渐暴露出一些问题。如,缺乏有效的组织、场地经费不足、缺乏有效地指导等等。文章对我国群众体育存在的问题进行分析,得出我国群众体育的发展应该采用结合型的管理体制,推行简洁、实效的管理机构,转变政府职能,向社会下放管理权力和加强对社会体育开展的指导等等。
With the developing extensively of our country＇s mass sports, some problems came out little by little, such as, lack the valid organization, shortage of the place and budget, lacking the valid leading etc. This paper to our country the existent problem of the mass sports carry on analysis, get our country the development of the mass should：The adoption combines the management system of the type and promotes simple and direct, the management organization of the real results, change the government working talent, to society descend put to manage the power and strengthen the leading etc.
