摘要
通过分析当前国企经营者薪酬激励存在的问题,设计了一个有效、完整的薪酬激励体系,这个体系包括公司治理结构作为基础、外部环境作为保障、薪酬水平的确定作为核心三部分。其中,国企经营者薪酬的构成应是多元化的,包括基本薪酬、短期绩效薪酬、长期风险薪酬和其他补贴和机会四部分。
By analyzing the current problems of compensation incentive the article has designed an effective and complete compensation incentive system. This system includes corporate governance structure as a basement, exterior environment as a guarantee and compensation level's certainty as a key. Besides, the constitution of state- owned enterprise operator compensation should be diverse, which contains basic compensation, short - term result compensation, long - term result compensation, other subsidies and opportunities.
