摘要
教师是深化新课程改革的主体力量,新课程改革的实施,教师的角色将发生根本性的改变。新课程改革中教师如何定位以及如何发挥教师的作用,本文认为教师应成为学生学习的促进者,教师应成为一名合作者,教师应成为“平等中的首席”,教师应成为教育教学的研究者,教师应成为“挖泉人”。
The teacher is the main part in the new course, who will realize the development and grow together with it. Teachers＇ role which is discussed in the following five aspects will change essenti.,dly with putting the new course reform idea into practice. In tile reform of the new course,first,the teacher should become a promoter of students;second,the teacher should become a cooperater, third, the teacher should become ＂the chief of equality＂ ;forth,the teacher should become a researcher of education ;fifth, the teacher should become ＂a person who excavates spring＂.
