摘要
建立了氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱(HG-AFS)法测定烟草及烟草制品中微量硒的方法,即先用4体积HNO3+1体积HCl04混合酸消化烟草样品,而后用HG-AFS仪测定消化液中的硒含量。该法的线性范围为0~250μg/L,检出限0.18μg/L,RSD〈6.0%,回收率为92.5%~97.5%。
A method for determination of microelement selenium in tobacco with hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG-AFS) was developed, tobacco sample was digested by HNO3-HClO4(v/v: 4/1 ), then the resultant digestion solution was determined with HG-AFS. The recovery of selenium was 92.5%- 97.5% with RSD 〈 6.0% in the linear range of 0- 250μg/L, the detection limit of this method was 0.18μg/L.
