摘要
以陆王仙桃、冬枣和北农3号草莓为试材,用0.5、1.0、2.5、5.0、10 mg.L-1浓度的亚硒酸钠进行叶面喷施。研究发现桃在新梢停长期对硒的吸收达最高峰,枣则除了在展叶期硒的吸收较大外,在果实膨大后期也表现为逐渐积累的现象,说明枣的最佳施硒时期为展叶期和果实膨大期,草莓在展叶期和盛花期对硒的吸收能力最强。在3种试材中,草莓富集硒的能力最强,最佳叶面施硒浓度为5.0 mg.L-1;其次为枣,最佳叶面施硒浓度为10.0 mg.L-1;最差为桃,其最佳叶面喷施浓度还有待进一步探索。
The effects of Seleniura on fruit growth of peach, jujube and strawberry and the model of Selenium accumulation in fruits were investigated. Beinong 3 strawberry, Luwangxian peach and wlnter-jujube were sprayed with Se-fertilizer on leaves at different growing stages. The concentrations of Na2SeO3 were 0 mg·L-1, 0.5mg·L-1, 1.0 mg·L-1, 2.5mg·L-1, 5.0mg·L-1 and 10 rag. L-1. The results showed that strawberry had the greatest absorption capacity of Se at leaf-expansion stage and full blossom stage; peach had the highest absorption peak when shoot growth stopped. The best stages of spraying Se-fertilizer for winter-jujube were leaf-expansion and fruit swelling ones. The abilities of Se absorption showed differences among the materials. Strawberry had the strongest abilities of Se absorption at 5.0 mg·L-1, followed by winter-jujube 10.0mg·L^-1. Further job was needed to choose the suitable concentration for peach.
