摘要
分析了高科技中小企业在吸引和使用人才方面存在的问题,提出吸引人才需要从各方面完善人才管理机制,制定与企业发展战略相适应的人力资源管理战略。
This paper analyzes on the problems existing in small and medium-sized high-tech enterprise in attracting and employing the talents, and points out that attracting the talents needs perfecting the talents management mechanism from all aspects, and establish the strategy of human resource management fitting in with the strategy of enterprise development.
