摘要
根据《中华人民共和国公务员法》的规定,对公务员实行国家统一的职务与级别相结合的工资制度;以实际业绩确定公务员工资待遇,进一步改革和规范对公务员的津贴补贴。同时国家实行工资调查制度,将工资调查比较结果作为调整公务员工资水平的依据,以确定合理的工资水平。建立起工资正常增长机制,使公务员的工资始终处于合理水平,保持公务员的工资水平与国民经济发展相协调,与社会进步相适应。
According to the stipulation of Civil Servants Law, our country carries out the national united wage system which combines the cluty with the rank. The actual achievement determines the wage, which further reforms and the standards the civil servants" allowance. Simultaneously, our country practices the investigation system of wages, adjusts the wages according to the result of investigation. Establishing the normal growth mechanism of the wages will make the civil servants' wages be in a reasonable level, maintain their wages coordinate with the development of the national economy.
