摘要
贫困地区图书馆对图书事业投入不足,基础设施差,馆员素质低,思想观念滞后。贫困地区要摆脱内隐性贫困,就必须结合经济发展实际,强化图书馆建设。通过加强宏观管理、提高图书管理人员的素质、建设“信息网络”等举措,提高现有信息资源的利用率,实现馆际合作,资源共享,从而消除内隐性贫困。
The libraries in the destitute areas to invest on librarian affairs is lacking, basic facilities are poor, librarians＇ qualities are lower, thought concepts are backward. To get rid of the inner recessive penury, must to combine with the reality of economic development, reinforce library construction, and by means of the methods of accelerating macro--control management,promoting librarians＇ qualities and building ＂informational net＂ etc to raise the applying rate of present informational resource, realize libraries cooperation, and to share resource, thereby dispel the inner recessive penury.
