摘要
文章阐述了信息资源共建共享的必要性,分析了贫困地区信息资源共建共享存在的障碍并提出了相应对策。
This paper describes the necessity of the library information and resources＇ building and sharing, analyzes the problems of information and resources construction and sharing in depressed area and finds out some measures to solve these problems.
