摘要
。在分析传统开榫机的工作原理和缺陷的基础上,通过数学建模将数控机床的控制原理和机械结构引入开榫机上,并通过上位机开发出一套人机交互程序,从而设计出适用于普及型欧式木窗的多功能数控开榫机,实验证明该开榫机达到了设计要求。
The control principle and the mechanism of the numerical control machine tools were used for reference to design wood tenoner through mathematical model. At same time a set of human-computer interaction program was designed through PC. At last a multi-functions numerical control tenoner was designed which was suitable the popularization European-style wooden window process. And it was proved that the performance had achieved the design requirements.
