摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定景天祛斑片中红景天苷含量的方法。方法采用WatersC18色谱柱,甲醇-水为流动相,流速为0.8mL/min,检测波长为276nm。结果红景天苷线性范围为0.3456～3.456μg,平均回收率为100.3%,RSD=1.71%。结论该方法简便、可靠、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method of HPLC for determination of salidroside in Jintianquban Tablets. Methods Waters C18 column was used. The methanol-water was used as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 0.8 mL/min. The detection wavelength was set at 276 nm. Results For salidroside, the linear range was 0.3456-3.456 μg, and the average recovery rate was 100.3% with RSD=1.71%. Conclusion The method is simple, reliable, accurate and can be applied to the quality control of the preparation.
