摘要
目的建立景天祛斑片中大黄素的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)测定,色谱柱为岛津VP-ODS C_(18)柱(250mm×4．6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0．1%磷酸溶液(85∶15),流速为1．0mL/min,检测波长为254nm。结果大黄素在1．06～21．2μg/mL浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0．9999；平均回收率为99．51%,RSD为1．31%。结论HPLC法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于景天祛斑片的质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of emodin in Jingtianquban tablets. Methods A VP-ODS C18 column （250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm） was used with the mobile phase of methanol-0. 1% phosphoric acid （85：15） at the detection wavelength of 254 nm, and the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, the column temperature was 30℃. Results There was a good linearity within the range of 1.06 - 21.2 μg/mL （r =0.999 9）. The average recovery rate was 99. 51%, RSD was 1.31%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Jingtianquban tablets.
