摘要
地方本科院校近些年发展较快,实现了规模扩张。这些成绩大都是通过大量教育要素投入取得的,是一种外延式的发展道路。这些院校要实现可持续发展,就必须落实效益办学理念,在校内形成效益办学的政策氛围,建设好特色学科、专业,强化管理效能,提升服务地方经济社会能力,从而走内涵式的发展之路。
Local colleges and universities have expanded in scale, because of their fast development in recent years. These results have been achieved through much educational input, which is a way of development through extension. In order to achieve sustainable development, the idea of running schools efficiently must be implemented. The atmosphere of efficient school running should be created within the campus, so as to build disciplines and specialties with special characteristics. The efficiency in management should be strengthened, and the ability to serve the locality both economically and socially promoted. In this way, a way of development through internal efforts could be followed.
