摘要
对科学发展观指导下的学校财务工作,包括财务工作应该遵循的科学发展规律、创新与教育改革以及相应的财务管理机制、推动学校教育健康发展的保障等问题进行了探讨。强调学校财务工作应坚持以科学发展观为指导,务实创新,坚持高效益办学的思路,紧紧围绕教育、社会和经济3者联动发展,构建科学管理、服务到位的工作模式,保障和促进学校事业的健康发展。
This paper discusses the university financial work guided by the scientific development view,such as the scientific development laws that the financial work should follows,innovation and education reform,as well as compatible financial management mechanism and guarantee mechanism on promoting the healthy development of the higher education.This paper emphasizes that the university financial work should insist on the scientific development view,innovate pragmatically,and adhere to the idea of managing the university efficiently,in order to ensure and promote the healthy development of the university.
