摘要
中医学属于应用科学范畴。中医理论由两大部分组成:即中医理论的指导思想(哲学理论部分)及中医理论的主体内容(医学理论部分)。“阴阳”、“五行”、“天人合一”、“精气神”、“五运六气”等学说,来源于哲学,也是中医理论的哲学部分。“阴阳”学说强调“阴阳互根”、“阴阳平衡”;“五行”学说将世界万物概括为“金木水火土”五大类物质,并以“五行生克”来认识世界万物;“天人合一”学说包括两方面内容:“天人相应”和“天人合一”;“五运六气”学说是古代原始的预测学及时辰医学;“精气神”学说是对生命现象的高度概括与宏观认识。中医理论的主体部分,包括“脏腑”、“经络”、“辨证施治”、“四诊八纲”、“理法方药”,以及中药理论的“四气五味”、“升降浮沉”、“性味归经”等等。“脏腑”学说是古代对解剖学与生理学的综合概括。“经络”学说是古人对信息传导、网络调控及管道运输的宏观认识与总体理解。“辨证施治”是中医治病的一大特点,但随着疾病谱与医学模式的改变,今后的发展方向应该是“辨证施治”与“辨病施治”两者共存,以提高诊断的准确性和防病治病的有效性。中药现代化、中医现代化及中医理论现代化,就是要求中医学与中医药事业“与时俱进”、“持续发展”,发展的关键在于创新和人才培养。因此,树立良好学风,取其精华,弃其糟粕,求同存异,正确理解中医理论的精髓是中医事业发展的保证。
Traditional Chinese medicine is our greatest cultural property and belongs to applying science fields. The Chinese medicine theory is composed of two branches, including instruction theory （philosophy theory）and principle theory contents （theory of medicine）. The theory of ＂YinYang WuXing TianRenHeYi WuYunLiuQi＂ all come from philosophy theory. YinYang theory emphasizes ＂interdependence between yin and yang＂ and ＂yin and yang balance＂. ＂WuXing＂ theory summarize the all things around the world into the five elements ＂metal wood water fire earth ＂ and explain the world with the relationship between the five elements . ＂Theory of heaven and man ＂ include two contents ＂heaven and man are mutually responsive ＂and ＂the integration of heaven and man＂. ＂Theory of five movements and six dlimates＂ is the ancient primary predicting and chrono-medicine. Theory of Jing Qi Shen was the highest summarize and macroscopy recognition about the vital phenomena. The main body of TCM theory include ＂entrails＂＂meridian determine the treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and signs four methods of examination and eight principles principle reglulation formula medicines ＂ and medicine theory of ＂ four properties and five tastes raising,lowering,floating and sinking property and flavor meridian distribution＂ etc. Entrails theory sum up the ancient anatomy and physiology. Meridian theory is the whole understanding and recognition of information conduction, lattice regulation, tunnel transportation. Determine the treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and signs is the great characteristic of TCM, but with the change of spectrum of disease and medical model, in order to improve the diagnose accuratissime and efficacy, the combination of determine the treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and signs and based on diseases is the development direction ＂TCM modernization TCM theory modernization＂ mean keeping in line with the time, developing continually.
