摘要
本研究主要是利用工程菌E.coliXL1-B lue(pKY105)和工程菌E.coliXL1-B lue(pKSSE5.3)以葡萄糖为唯一碳源进行共培养,生产了共聚物(P(3HB-co-4HB)),结果表明,两种工程菌共培养能够获得塑性更强的PHA。
Production of poly ( 3-hydroxybutyric acid-co-4-hydroxybutyric acid) [ P ( 3 HB-co-4 HB ) ] by co-culriving of two recombinant strains of Escherchia coli, E. coli XL1-Blue ( pKY105 ) and E. coli XL1-Blue ( pKSSES. 3) was investigated in this paper. The results showed that the Polyhydroxyalkanoates with the batter properties can be produced by mixing cultivation of two stains of recombinant E. coli .
