摘要
提出了用于SDH系统STM-4速率级光接收机中主放大器的CMOS限幅放大器的设计方法。此限幅放大器由输入缓冲、主放大单元、输出缓冲、偏置补偿电路四部分组成。当限幅放大器工作在622Mb/s时,输入动态范围为47dB,50Ω负载上的输出限幅在900mVpp,利用5V电源供电,功耗约为70mW。
A liniting anplifier has been designed for application as themain anplifier of the optical receiver in SDH system. This liniting amplifier is composed of aninput buffer amplifier cells output cells and offset can collation circuit While operatin gat is 622Mb/s this liniting amplifier allows anhput dynamic range of 47dB and provides aconstant output 900mVpp across 50Ω load. It construes 70mW from a shgle 5V supply voltage.
