摘要
高校人力资源管理是指包括招聘选拔教师并进行有效组织、考核绩效支付报酬并进行有效激励、结合组织与个人需要进行有效开发以便实现最优组织绩效的全过程。通过对比分析中美两国高校人力资源管理的模式,指出中国高校目前的人力资源管理模式的优缺点,并分析相应对策,真正实现我国高校“人事管理”向“人力资源管理”的过渡。
Human resource management in Higher Education Institutions (HEI)refers to the whole process which involves the improvement assessment of employees'performance, and an effective incentive mechanism for them. By comparing the models of human resource management in Chinese and American HEIs, the standing of Chinese ones is analyzed and some countermeasures are proposed to facilitate the transition in most Chinese HEIs from"personnel management"to"human resource management".
