摘要
应用小角X射线散射技术研究结晶聚合物三相系统结构参数的求值方法,结论是结晶度和片层厚度与二相系统的不相一致.对一些结晶聚合物样品的分析指出,Bragg长周期接近于相关函数长周期与过渡层厚度的和,其中的原因是在真实的结晶聚合物中存在中间层.
The evaluation of structure parameters in a semicrystalline polymer three-phase system by small angle X- ray scattering was investigated. The conclusion is that the crystallinity and the lamellar thickness are not consistent with those in two-phase system. The analysis of some semicrystalline polymer samples indicates that the Bragg long period approaches to the correlation function long period plus the thickness of the transition layer. The reason is the interpahse layers' existence in real semicrystalline polymers.
