摘要 在分析正交结构、准正交结构和角连锁结构3种基本组织结构织物经向截面的基础上,归纳出4种典型的立体机织物基本组织结构单元:正交结构单元、准正交结构单元、角连锁结构单元和开放式结构单元。并以此作为构成元素,通过层状复合、相间交叉复合和垂纱交织复合等形式,改变基本组织结构单元在组织结构中的数量、相对位置等方法,设计出多种由立体机织基本结构单元所组成的组合式3D立体机织结构。 Based on the analysis of the three typical 3D woven structures, the basic structure cells, that is, the orthogonal, pseudo-orthogonal, angular interlocking and open structure cells, are first defined according to their structure characteristics. By changing quantity and position of basic structure cell, combined 3D woven structures are successfully designed according to the four structure cells and their combination with complex mode.
