摘要
4-甲氧基苯甲酰肼与芳醛反应得到相应的酰腙(2),2与乙酸酐脱水环化合成了标题化合物,其结构经1H NMR,IR,MS和元素分析表征。
2-Aryl-3-N-acetyl-1,3,4-oxazohnes ( 3a - 3h) were synthesized by cyclization between acetic anhydride and benzoyl hydrazone from 4-methoxybenzoyl hydrazin and arylaldehydes. The structures of 3 were confirmed by ^1H NMR, IR, MS and elemental analysis.
