摘要
针对高校管理信息系统相互独立的现象,以IRP(信息资源规划)理论为基础,研究基于IRP的高校管理信息技术,提出了业务重组、构建用户视图、设计标准化数据库等构建高校管理信息系统的过程与方法,以实现高校信息资源的优化管理,提高高校管理水平.
To solve the problem of information isolated island, identified during the informationization construction of management in college, the information resource planning（IRP） techniques that proceeded from the IRP theories was probed to realize its application in the information management systems of college. Specifically, the processes and methodologies associated with the process reengineering, user view construction and database standardization were provided, so the information resource management of whole college could beimproved. Consequently, the whole management level of college would be heightened.
