摘要
根据广东核电一核、二核工程建设过程中信息系统不健全"信息孤岛"现象严重的问题,以信息资源规划理论为基础,对核电工程管理信息资源规划技术进行研究,提出业务梳理、用户视图规范化、数据流分析、系统功能建模、数据库设计标准化等过程和方法,旨在以信息资源规划为基础,建立统一的、标准的、完善的工程管理信息系统,确保广东核电三核、四核工程以及其他核电工程建设的质量控制、进度控制和投资控制。
The purpose of this paper is to specifically address the serious inadequacy problem of 'information isolated island' identified during the course of the construction of the Guangdong Daya Bay Nuclear Power Station ( GNPS, known as Phase Ⅰ) and the Ling Ao Nuclear Power Station ( LNPS, known as Phase Ⅱ ). To this end, the author proceeds from the information resource planning theories to probe the information resource planning techniques applied for the information management systems at both GNPS and LNPS. Specifically, the processes and methodologies associated with the process reengineering, user window standardization, data flow analysis and system function modeling are outlined with the objective of establishing unified, standard and integrated project management information system so that adequate controls are enforced over the quality, schedule and cost for the Phase Ⅲ and Phase Ⅳ projects implemented under the Guangdong Nuclear Power Program.
