摘要
以互联网为主要标志的网络环境正成为影响大学生成长的重要因素,网络为高校心理健康教育提供了新的途径。本文通过对网络心理健康教育优势的分析,提出了高校开展网络心理健康教育的一些具体措施。
Nowadays, the cyberspace characterized with the Interconnected network as me pnncipal symbol is becoming a key factor affecting college students＇ development, and the lnternet supplies new solutions to mental health education for colleges and universities. This article, through an analysis of the advantages of the networkbased mental health education, raises some specific proposals.
