摘要
从人性的角度对中国职业足球联赛中“黑哨”行为产生的原因进行探讨。趋利自保是人的本性,在一般情况下,人总是在追求自身利益的最大化。然而,当人对利益的追求超出一定限度时就会产生非理性的行为,最终导致人本质向恶的异化,人变得贪婪、腐败甚至走向毁灭。“黑哨”就是职业足球联赛中各利益主体为追逐自身最大的利益,在法规制度、道德约束不够的地方,违背了人的道德本质,以权谋私,为满足自己的私欲,置国家和他人利益于不顾而做出的不道德行为。从防范人本质异化的方面考虑,对防范“黑哨”行为的发生,应加大防范力度,重在治本;并加大查处力度,惩戒于后。
The author analyzed and probed into the causes for the occurrence of the ＂black whistle＂ behavior in the China Professional Soccer League Games from the perspective of human nature,and drew the following conclusions： Interest pursuit and self protection are the nature of human beings; in general circumstances, people always seek for the maximization of their own interests; however, people would conduct irrational behaviors when their pursuit of interest exceeds a certain limit, which would ultimately lead to the dissimilation of human nature towards evil. ＂Black whistle＂ is the expression of immoral behaviors conducted by various interest principal parties in the Professional Soccer League Games by violating human moral nature, abusing their power for personal gains and ignoring the interests of the state and others in places where legal system and moral restraints are insufficient, so as to pursue their own maximum interests and satisfy their own desires. Lastly, the author offered the following suggestions for preventing the occurrence of the ＂black whistle＂ behavior from the perspective of preventing the dissimilation of human nature： 1 ） strengthen prevention and prevent the fundamental causes;2） strengthen audit and punishment to prevent future reoccurrence.
