摘要
综述了细胞骨架的结构和功能的研究进展,分析了骨骼肌细胞骨架在维持骨骼肌肌小节的正常结构和功能中的重要性。重点叙述了骨骼肌细胞骨架蛋白desmin、dystrophins、arcoglycant、itin和nebulin在运动中的变化,对细胞骨架蛋白在运动性骨骼肌微损伤中的作用进行了讨论。
The authors summarized the structure and functions of cytoskeleton, and analyzed the importance of cytoskeleton of skeletal muscle in maintaining the normal structure and functions of sarcomere of skeletal muscle. The authors mainly expatiated on the change of cytoskeleton proteins desmin, dystrophin, sarcoglyean, titin and nebulin in skeletal muscle in motion, and discussed the functions of cytoskeleton protein in kinetic micro damage of skeletal muscle.
