骨软骨瘤和骨恶性肿瘤SKP2和P27表达及临床病理意义 被引量:2

Expression of SKP2,p27 and their clinicopathological significance in osteochondroma and malignant bone tumors

摘要 目的研究骨软骨瘤和骨恶性肿瘤组织中SKP2和P27表达水平并探讨其相互关系和临床病理意义。方法20例骨软骨瘤和55例骨恶性肿瘤,手术切除标本经脱钙后常规制作石蜡包理切片,SKP2和P27染色采用SP免疫组织化学方法。结果骨软骨瘤SKP2阳性率明显低于骨恶性肿瘤(15.0%v67.3%,P<0.01),但P27则相反(90.0%v43.6%,P<0.01);不同类型骨恶性肿瘤中SKP2和P27阳性率无明显差异(P>0.05);骨恶性肿瘤I级和未转移病例SKP2阳性率明显低于III级和转移病例(P<0.05或P<0.01),骨恶性肿瘤I级和未转移病例P27阳性率明显高于II级、III级及转移病例(P<0.05或P<0.01),SKP2和P27在骨恶性肿瘤中表达呈密切负相关(P<0.01)。结论SKP2和P27表达与骨恶性肿瘤发生发展有密切关系,两者均为反映骨恶性肿瘤生物学行为和预后的重要生物学标记物。 Objective To study the expression of skp2 and p27 and detect their relationships and clinicopathological significances in'ostecchondroma and malignant bone tumors. Methods Expression of skp2 and p27 was examined by using sp immunohistochemistry on the rountinely paraffin-embedded sections affer decalcification of 20 cases with osteochondroma and 55 ones with bone malignant tumors. Results The positive rate of skp2 was significantly lower in osteochondroma than that in bone malignant tumors (15.0%vs67.3%, P〈0.01),but that of p27 was opposite(90.0%vs43.6%, P〈0.01). No significant differences were showed among the expression of skp2 or p27 in different types of bone malignant tumors. The positive rate of skp2 was significantly lower in the cases of histological grade Ⅰ and without-metastasis than that of histological grade Ⅲ and with-metastasis of bone malignant tumors (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01),but that of p27 was opposite (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).The closely negative correlation was found between the expression of skp2 and P27 in bone malignant tumors. Conclusions The expression skp2 and/or P27 might be related to the carcinogenesis and progression of bone malignant tumors, and they might be important biological markers for reflecting the biological behaviors and prognosis of bone malignant tumors.
