摘要
目的:研究青藤(sinom enium actum(thumb)Rehd.etw ils)中具有纳洛酮戒断作用的生物碱类化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析进行分离纯化,通过理化和波谱分析鉴定其化学结构。结果:从青藤的氯仿部分分离得到3个生物碱,经理化和波谱分析鉴定为青藤碱1(sinom en ine)、青风藤碱2(sinoacutine)和木兰碱3(m ag-noflorine)。结论:青藤中可分离到3种生物碱。
Objective: To study the alkaloids in Sinomenium actum (thumb) Rehd. et wils. Methods: Isolation and purification was carried out by using chromatography on silica gel. The chemical constituents were identified according to their physico-chemical properties, and spectral analysis was used in this study. Results: three alkaloids were isolated from chloroform extract of S. actum (thumb), and their structure were elucidated as sinomenine, sinoacutine and magnoflorine. Conclusion: sinomenine is the major alkaloid in S. actum( thumb ).
