摘要
基于盐酸青藤碱对高锰酸钾-硫代硫酸钠的化学发光的增敏作用,建立了反相高效液相色谱(RPHPLC)分离柱后化学发光检测盐酸青藤碱的新方法,并成功用于血样和尿样中盐酸青藤碱的测定。该方法的线性范围为5.0×10^-7~5.0×10^-5g/mL,检出限为8×10^-8g/mL,对盐酸青藤碱溶液连续11次测定的相对标准偏差为2.8%。
A method based on the chemiluminescence reaction of KMnO4 -Na2S2O3 -SIN was developed for the determination of sinomenine hydrochloride (SIN) using reversed phase high performance liquid performance with chemiluminescence detection. The chemiluminescence intensity is correlated linearly with SIN concentration in the range of 5.0 × 10^-7 -5.0 × 10^-5 g/mL with a detection limit of 8.0 × 10^-8 g/mL. Its relative standard deviation is 2. 8% for 11 measurements. This method has been applied to the determination of SIN in human serum and urine samples.
