卵巢癌基因治疗的研究现状及进展 被引量:2

摘要 随着分子生物学、免疫学以及相关学科的发展,基因治疗可望成为治疗恶性肿瘤的重要方法,目前基因治疗应用于卵巢癌的临床前实验研究已取得较大进展,给卵巢癌特别是晚期患者的治疗带来新的希望。卵巢癌基因治疗的方法主要有基因增补法、基因矫正法、抗血管形成基因治疗、RNA干扰基因治疗等。现综述近几年卵巢癌基因治疗的研究进展。
