摘要
介绍了时域有限差分法的基本原理,并对一维光子晶体薄膜中传播的电磁场作了模拟和分析。通过对光子晶体透射谱的研究,讨论了不同周期数和不同介电常数比对光子晶体带隙的影响,最后通过在周期介质层状结构中引入缺陷层构造了光子缺陷态。
The principle of finite difference time domain (FDTD) was presented, and analysis of electromagnetic field in 1D photonics crystal (PC) was performed. Based on the study of transmittance of 1D PC, influence of different periods and dielectric constant ratios on the photonics band gap were discussed. The defect state was formed by introducing the defect layer into period structure.
