2002—2004年深圳致死性交通事故流行病学分析

摘要 目的:对深圳市2002—2004年致死性交通事故的流行病学资料进行分析,讨论该市的致死性交通事故的主要高危因素,防治交通事故的发生,并为政府制定科学的交通发展战略提供依据。方法以深圳市公安交通管理局提供的近2年致死性交通事故的全部资料,结合其他资料,进行整理,分析和比较。结果2002.12—2004.12共发生致死性交通事故2049起,死亡2189人。①近郊区非隔离快速公路死亡占71.2.%;高速公路占4.4%;市区内干道占10.1%。②各种人为因素造成的死亡占91.2%。③死亡人员年龄集中于(20—45),占61.3%,其中外来流动人员占36%。④摩托车事故死亡占20.1%。结论交通设施的缺陷,人为违章,车辆过多是目前致死性交通事故的主要危险因素;通过教育,惩戒,改善道路条件,控制车辆数量可以减少交通事故。 Objective: The epidemiological dates of the deadly traffic accidents in shenzhen during 2002-2004 were analysed, in order to find the high risks of the accidents and provid the evidences of government, making the scientific traffic development plans . Method: All the dates provided by the traffic police bureau were arrange ,analyzed and compared with the former dates. Result: During December of 2002 to December of 2004 ,there were 2049 deadly traffic accidents which 2189 were killed . ①The deaths happened in the suburbia accounted for 71.2%,while speedway for only 4.4%,urban for 10.1%.② Man-made mistakes involving in the traffic deaths were 91.2%③61.3% deaths age arrange from 20-45 years old, and 36%deaths were migrant people. ④the deaths caused by motorcycle accidents were 20.1%. Conclusion: The traffic accidents can be decreased by traffic safety education , stricter traffic regulations , severe punish to the traffic violator and good road condition.
