摘要 目的在前期实现相关标志点自动识别技术的基础上,建立了一个服务于正颌外科的计算机自动化X线头测量分析系统(computerized automatic cephalometric analysis system,CACAS),并检验其临床应用的准确度。方法CACAS由硬件系统和软件系统组成,其中自行开发的功能软件包括图像数据管理、图像预处理、边缘提取与自动定点、标志点校正、自动测量与分析等五个模块。临床上选择12例正常牙合成人的头颅定位X线头影侧位片图像,分别采用CACAS与手工测量分析,将两者测量结果进行统计学分析。结果CACAS自动定点、交互定点及自动测量分析过程运行良好。CACAS测量与手工测量两者之间无显著差别;CACAS测量结果更接近标准正常值。结论CACAS是一种比较科学合理、准确快速、简便有效的正颌外科诊断系统。 Objective To develop the computerized automatic cephalometric analysis system(CACAS) on base of the technique for automatic identification of landmarks exploited before and test the validity of measurement by CACAS in clinic. Methods CACAS consisted of ham and soft system. The functional soft system exploited by ourselves had the functions of digital image management, image preprocessing, edge detection and landmarks identification, landmarks correction, automatic measurement and analysis. Twelve normal X-ray cephal images were selected to be measured and analyzed by CACAS and manual operation respectively. The results were compared between CACAS and manual operation. Results CACAS ran well on automatic identification, interactive landmarking, automatic measurement and analysis. The result of measurements between CACAS and manual operation had no significant difference. The result of measurement by CACAS was more near to the standard value. Conclusion CACAS is a more scientific and reliable diagnostic tool for orthognathic surgery.
