摘要
目的:评价功能性矫治器引导下颌前伸对大鼠颅面生长改建的影响。方法:用常规X线头测量术对30只4周龄Wistar大鼠戴自制上颌功能性矫治器引导下颌前伸4周后,颅颌面的变化进行观测。结果:实验组大鼠下颌骨长度有增长趋势,下颌位置前移、下牙槽高度增加。
Objective: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the cranio facial adaptational changes after mandibular functional protrusion in the young rats. Method:Thirty 4 weeks old wistar rats were selected to wear the functional appliance to protrude the mandible for four weeks. The cephalometric method was applied to measure the changes in rat cranio facial morphology during the 4 weeks. Results: The length of the mandible showed: increasing trend and its position move anteriorly. The alveolar bone elevated. Concusion:This indicates that the remodelling of morphology and the cranio facial growth were influenced distinctly after mandibular functional protrusion in the rat.
