摘要
从测量经济性出发,田口式测量质量工程学通过重新定义测量质量、二次测量质量损失函数及测量质量SN比,成功地解决了一些传统MSA难以解决的测量系统分析难题:利用典型点测量观测值推导校准公式,从而推导测量全量程的校准数据及测量不确定度;用正交设计及SN比分析多参量有交互效应误差因素对测量结果的影响;合理评定计量器具的最佳校准周期等.通过与传统MSA比较分析认为,推行田口式测量质量工程学可以改进测量系统分析的经济性,并提高测量精度.
From the measurement economics, Taguchi measurement quality engineering defines measurement quality renewedly and square quality loss function and signal-noise ratios, resolves some problems that traditional MSA methods may not settle down: using measurements of representative values to deduce caliberation formula and to compute caliberation and uncertainty of all range ; using Orthogonal Array and SN ratios to analyse influence of multivariable which have mutual affects; evaluating best caliberation periods of measurement instruments. We come to the conclusion !hat the measurement system analysis economics and caliberation precision will be highly promoted by pushing Taguchi measurement quality engineering.
