摘要
目的探讨网络报告系统在结核病控制中的应用。方法收集玉溪市结核病疫情报告和专报两套系统数据资料进行分析。结果结核病专报系统提高了病人的发现率;大疫情报告数高于专报登记数,而涂阳病人报告数却低于专报数,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论加强大疫情与专报两套系统的衔接与整合,充分利用信息资源,可进一步提高病人的发现率和治愈水平。
OBJECTIVE To discuss the application of network reporting systems in the tuberculosis control. METHOD Analyzing and comparing the collected data of the two systems between the epidemic situation reports and the special reports of tuberculosis. RESULTS The special reporting system on tuberculosis increases the rate of patients discovery. The number of the epidemic situation reports is bigger than that of special reports while the number of the patients with a positive test is smaller. There is an obvious difference （P〈 0.01 ） . CONCLUSIONS Combining the system of big epidemic situation reporting with the special reporting system can increase the rate of the patient discovery and improve the standard of cure by fuuly using the information resources.
