摘要
根据生物技术药物的发展趋势和现状,分析开设生物技术药物药动学这一创新课程的必要性,提出该课程理论课教材和教学内容选择的一些看法和建议,介绍包括药物动力学实验在内的基因工程制药综合性实验课的实施和意义。
According to developing trends and present conditions of bio-technology derived drugs, the necessity of offering Pharmacokinetics of bio-technology derived drugs as an innovative course is analyzed. Proposals for selecting teaching materials suitable for this course are put forward, and the tentative integration of pharmacokinetic experiments into a comprehensive experimental curriculum system of genetic engineering based pharmacology is introduced.
