摘要
本文在分析了目前我国房地产企业融资渠道的基础上,提出了房地产投资信托基金的融资方式(REITs)。文章采用定量分析与定性分析相结合的方法,全面阐述了在我国发展REITs的益处、可行性及障碍,并提出了发展REITs的建议。
On the base of thorough analysis on the financial difficulties for real estate companies, the author con siders Real Estate Investment Trusts （REITs） as an innovational financial approach is the best way to resolve this problem. The feasibilities, obstacles and benefits of develop REITs are analysed quantitatively and qualitatively, suggestions on how to develop REITs in China are presented in the end of the article.
