摘要
国家一系列宏观调控政策表明房地产企业通过银行贷款获得足够资金的融资方式已成过去。本文分析了传统融资渠道的局限性和新兴融资模式的巨大潜力,提出了传统融资模式与新兴融资模式相结合的新思路,以实现房地产市场、证券市场和资本市场的有机结合,从而形成房地产业融资模式多元化的格局。
A series of macroeconomic regulation have indicated that it is impossible for the real estate enterprises to get enough capital through the bank loan.This paper analyzes the limitation of traditional financing channels and the huge potential of the emerging financing channels.The author proposes a new conception that the combination of the double channels in an effective way.So the real estate market,stock market and capital market can form an organic synthesis,the real estate financing multiplication model can be realized.
