摘要
为探讨直肠癌保肛术后吻合口漏的预防措施，对25例直肠癌行保肛术使用24号气囊导尿管经回盲瓣行回肠插管造口，预防术后吻合口漏，术后无1例发生吻合口漏。结果表明，气囊导尿管经回盲瓣行回肠插管造口预防术后吻合口漏，疗效明显，具有免除患者再次手术，减轻经济负担，有利于早日进行术后肿瘤综合治疗，疗效满意等优点。
The objective of this study was to evaluate the preventive procedure of anastomotic leakage after anus-preserved surgical excision of rectal carcinoma. In the preventive procedure, a balloon urethral catheter （24^# ） was introduced through ileocecal valve,and the ileal intubation ＆ fistulization were then conducted in 25 cases. As results, no anastomotic leakage occurred postoperatively. This result show that the procedure is of many strong points as better therapeutic result, economy, shorter therapeutic course to ensure earlier postoperative comprehensive treatment.
