摘要
目的探讨大肠癌并糖尿病的外科治疗措施。方法对外科治疗35例大肠癌并糖尿病(术前空腹血糖>6.30mmol/L)的病人做回顾性分析。结果35例病人均行择期手术,术后并发症发生率:吻合口瘘5例(14.3%),骶前间隙感染积脓2例(5.7%),切口感染10例(28.6%),肺部感染,腹腔脓肿均为2.8%。无酮症酸中毒,术后平均住院25d,无手术死亡病例。结论大肠癌并发糖尿病只要围手术期严格控制血糖,选择合理术式完全可以达到理想的外科治疗效果。
Objective To explore the surgical treatment measures of colorectal cancer complicated with diabetes. Methods Retrospective analysis of in 35 cases patients who treatment with Surgery from 2001～2005.
