摘要
电力系统微机保护装置中,模数转换模块是其重要组成部分.TMS320C28x系列DSP内部集成ADC转换模块,为提高ADC转换精度,提出了一种提高了MS320C28xDSP芯片内置A/D转换器精度的方法.该方法根据输入的模拟信号的幅值判断由不同的事件管理器触发相应的排序器.选择模拟转换通道,对模拟输入量进行模数变换.实验证明.该方法补偿效果良好,有效改善ADC的转换精度,并具有普遍性.
Analog-to-digital converter plays an important role in microcomputer protection of the electric power system. The DSP inside integrated analog-to-digital converter of series of TMS320C28x. In order to raise the ADC conversion accuracy, a new method of enhancing the precision of built-in A/D converter of TMS320C28x is introduced. This design method firstly judges which sequence controller should be started according to the amplitude of input analog signal, then CPU selects analog-converting channel to convert analog signal to digital signal. It is testified by experimentation that offset of this way is well to improve the precision of conversion and that this way is of universality.
