摘要
企业实施ERP项目是一项投资巨大、影响面广和系统性强的风险性工程。因此企业在实施ERP项目之前应该进行相应的风险分析,以便做出正确的决策。综合考虑所有风险因素的影响程度,并设置权重区分各因素的重要性,通过构建数学模型,推算出风险的各种可能性程度,其中可能性程度高者为风险水平的最终确定值。
ERP project is a risky project with large investment, extensive influence and strong systematicness. Therefore, before the enterprises implement ERP project, corresponding risk analyses should be made so as to ensure correct decision. Considering the effects of all risk factors in a comprehensive way, and weighing different importance of various factors, various possible degrees of risks can be calculated through mathematical modeling, and the final determinate value of the risk level will be the one of high possible degree.
