摘要
研究了脱脂豆粕中提取大豆低聚糖的制备工艺，确定了碱浸提，活性炭脱色过程的较优工艺参数。浸提的工艺条件为：温度55℃，浸提1．5h，pH值10～12。活性炭脱色的工艺条件为：活性炭0．5％～1．0％，pH值4-4．5.80℃水浴5min后，恒温脱色20min。
The preparation of soybean oligoscharide extracted from defatted soybean was studied. The optimum conditions of alkali solution and decoloration with carbon were obtained. Optimum extractive conditions were： temperature, 55 ℃ ; time, 1.5 h and pH, 10 - 12. Optimum decolorizing conditions were： pH, 4-4.5; time, 20 min and carbon dosage, 0.5% - 1.0%.
