摘要
目的:观察女子篮球运动员比赛期内分泌因子脱氢表雄酮的变化特征。方法:实验于2004-09/11进行。受试者是广东省女子篮球运动员10名,年龄(22.3±1.4)岁,其身高、体质量和体脂肪率均在正常范围内,且具有1年以上25~38d的定期月经周期。所有受试者在比赛期前3周(训练期)、比赛期中(每天2场比赛)和比赛结束后第3天进行测试,测试项目包括血清肌酸激酶活性、尿素浓度、红细胞比容和血红蛋白水平,唾液脱氢表雄酮和皮质醇浓度,唾液和血液样本在各期的下午17:30~18:30取样。结果:10名女篮球运动员全部完成测试进入结果分析。①唾液中脱氢表雄酮浓度:比赛第2天明显高于比赛前[(6.24±1.60),(4.48±1.26)nmol/L,t=4.49,P<0.01],比赛后第3天显著低于比赛前[(2.75±0.83)nmol/L,t=2.97,P<0.05]。②唾液中皮质醇浓度:比赛第2,3天明显高于比赛前[(14.75±2.72),(13.87±2.24),(4.78±1.04)nmol/L,t=9.68,10.45,P<0.01],比赛后第3天恢复到比赛前的水平[(5.02±1.06)nmol/L]。③血清肌酸激酶活性:比赛第2天明显高于比赛前[(4.85±1.50),(3.65±1.60)μkat/L,P<0.05],至比赛后第3天则明显低于比赛前[(1.61±0.36)μkat/L,P<0.05]。④血清尿素浓度在比赛期前、中和后期之间比较差异不显著,比赛中和后期红细胞比容和血红蛋白水平与比赛前期比较差异也不显著。结论:女子篮球运动员比赛期间唾液中脱氢表雄酮浓度较比赛前明显增加,提示在女子运动员中采用唾液脱氢表雄酮指标,可能是能够反映运动训练的有效内分泌指标。
AIM: To observe the changing characteristic of dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA), an endocrinological indicator, in female basketball players in competition. METHODS: The experiment was conducted from September to December 2004. Ten female basketball players aged (22.3±1.4) years with the body mass and body fat rate within normal range were selected from Guangdong female basketball team. All enrolled subjects had a regular menstrual cycle of 25-38 days above one year, and were tested of creatine kinase (CK), concentration of urea, erythrocrit and level of hemoglobin in serum as well as DHEA and concentration of hydrocortisone in saliva, at 3 weeks before competition (training period), in. competition (two scenes contest every day) and on the third day after the competition. Saliva and blood samples were collected from 17:30 to 18:30 during every period. RESULTS: A total of 10 female basketball player were involved in the analysis of results, who had accomplished all tests.①The level of salivary DHEA: it was obviously higher on the 2^nd day of competition than that before competition [ (6.24±1.60), (4.48±1.26) nmol/L,t=4.49,P 〈 0.01], and it was significantly lower on the 3^rd day after competition than that before competition [(2.75±0.83) nmol/L,t=2.97,P 〈 0.05].②The level of salivary cortisol: it was remarkably higher on the 2^nd and 3^rd day of competition than that before competition [(14.75±2.72), (13.87 ±2.24), (4.78±1.04) nmol/L,t=9.68, 10.45,P 〈 0.01],while the level recovered to pre-competition level on the 3^rd day after competition [(5.02±1.06) nmol/L]. ③The level of serum CK: it was markedly higher on the 2^nd day of competition than that before competition [(4.85±1.50), (3.65±1.60) μkat/L, P 〈 0.05],while that on the 3^rd day after competition was significantly lower than that before the contest [(1.61±0.36) μkat/L,P 〈 0.05].④There was no significant difference in level of serum urea before, during a
