摘要 [目的]进一步了解济宁市餐饮业食(饮)具消毒效果状况。[方法]采用随机抽样方法检测了市区餐饮业食(饮)具。[结果]共检测了350份,合格264份,合格率为75.43%。[结论]食(饮)具消毒效果如何,将直接影响消费者的健康,部分食(饮)具消毒合格率较低,应加强对食(饮)具消毒措施落实的监督。 [Objeetive]To understood the disinfection situation of tablewares of catering business in Jining. [Methods] To examine the tablewares of catering business in urban district through random sampling method. [Results]350 samples were examined,264 were qualified, the qualified rate was 75.43 %. [Conelusion]The disinfection effect of tablewares impact the consumers' health directly, the qualified rate of tablewares disinfection was lower, supervision should be strengthened on the disinfection of tablewares in catering business in Jining.
