摘要
用35CrMo材料制成符合国标D级抽油杆机械性能指标的圆棒试件。通过试验研究了带表面横向裂纹试件在拉─拉交变载荷作用下表面横向裂纹的扩展情况。用降载勾线法描述了试件表面横向裂纹前沿的变化过程;根据试验数据的多项式回归,找出了试件表面横向裂纹前沿的变化规律。此试验结果可作为抽油杆表面横向裂纹扩展速率和抽油杆失效分析的依据。
Round specimens of 35CrMo steel with mechanical properties in accordance with that of the standardGrade D sucker rods were put to a test for studying the extension of lateral surface cacks under alternating tension load. The variation process of the front shape of the cracks is described by the load-down dlawing methed,and their variation pattern is described based on the multinomial recession of the test data.The test result can be taken as a basis for the failure analysis of sucker rods.
