摘要
当前,积极兴办地方大学科技园,把地方高校的人才和技术优势转化为产业和经济优势,推动高校科技成果转化和高新技术产业化,有着现实的可行性.地方大学科技园在建设过程中,要因地制宜地选择发展模式,结合各自的特点特色,积极探索“以政府主导为核心、以高校共建为基础、以社会协办为依托”的地方大学科技园建设模式.
It believes that the feasibility consists of following aspects： Actively initiate the local university S＆T parks, transform their advantages of talent and technology, into industry and economy, promote the transform of science and technology in university, and advance the industrialization of high technology. Besides, during the constructions of local university S＆T park, it is necessary to attention to choose the appropriate development modes, also combine each characteristic to explore the modes as focused on the government leading, based on the university co-founding, and relied on the government assist.
