摘要
目的改进新鱼腥草素钠的合成方法,适应工业化生产。方法用正溴癸烷(Ⅰ)和乙酰乙酸乙酯为原料,经烷基化、脱羧制得2-十三烷酮(Ⅱ),Ⅱ与甲酸乙酯经酮酯缩合得十二酰乙醛(Ⅲ),Ⅲ与亚硫酸氢钠加成得新鱼腥草素钠。结果及结论总收率52%。此方法原料易得,条件温和,收率稳定,适于工业化生产。
Improving the synthetic method of neohouttuynin sodium to adapt industrial produetion. METHODS 1-Bromo decane（I） reacted with ethyl acetoacetate,through alkylation and decarboxylation,2-tridecanone wasobtained（ Ⅱ ）. Ⅱ reacted with ethyl formate to give dodecanoyl ethyl aldehyde（Ⅲ）.After addition to sodium bisulfite, the resulting product was prepared. The total yield was 52~. RESULTS and CONCLUSION This method had the advantages such as readily available substitutes,mild reacting conditions and high yield. This method can be used for industrial production.
